Terms & Conditions
For Clarity, Competition Winners, Promotional Offers, Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers will be referred to as "Offers".
To use Offers you must be over 18 years of age and not have redeemed any other Offers in the past 6 months. Under 18 years of age persons must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
To Redeem any Offers, Exclusive Photography must be contacted by calling
(08) 9386 5088 or by using the following link
by the expiry date on your Offer or within 30 days of notification.
All Offers are subject to our 'Fair Use Policy':
- You can only be in 1 Photo Session using Offers for any 6 months period.
- If you are lucky enough to have received 2 Offers or more you can give the other one/s to someone else as a gift. As these Offers can not be used in conjunction with any other Offers.
Offers are non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in a photo session together with any other Offers.
Offers can not be used towards any existing orders.
Exclusive Photogaphy retains its rights to cancel or void any Offers at its sole discretion.
Entry coupons not properly completed will be rejected. Copies will not be accepted. Prize winners will be notified by mail, email or phone. The major prize winner will be the first valid entry coupon drawn on the day of the draw. First Prizes are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of draw.
By entering our Facebook or website competitions, the entrant acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with, Facebook in anyway.
7 Day Notice for Reschedule / Cancellation Policy applies
When making a booking for your Photo Shoot we require 7 days notice if you need to Reschedule or Cancel your Photo Shoot otherwise the $50 booking security fee will be forfeited and a $95 Cancellation fee may also apply.
Prizes are non transferable, not exchangeable or redeemable in whole or in part for any cash equivalent. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Booking Security fee is not refundable but can be used as credit towards photographic products. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into. ts.
Explanation Why:
If you don’t turn up for your photo shoot or you don’t give us 7 days notice we still have to pay our staff to be here at the studio, which costs us over $200. We’ll cover most of that and require you to forfeit your $50 booking security fee. PLUS, and more importantly, if you don’t turn up or don’t give us enough notice we missed out in having a paying customer we could have booked in that spot, so we really lose a lot of money.
Why 7 Days:
We need at least 7 days to be able to book someone else in your spot.
What if I Won this, I was given a Gift Card or I got a discounted offer? Why would I have to pay anything?
Whether you purchase the Gift Card of you got it given to you, we still incur all the costs mentioned above just the same, so all appointments are subject to the $50 booking security fee and the 7 Day notice Reschedule/Cancellation Policy.
What if something unexpected happens to me and I have to cancel or reschedule my Photo Shoot and I can't give you 7 days notice? Unfortunately we’ve already had to pay professionals for their services. Regardless, we’ll cover most of that and require you to forfeit your $50 booking security fee.
$2000 Photography Package
Further details particular to the $2000 photography package competition- Drawn on the 20th February and the 30th December each year.
